In 1984, Stewart Perry began operations primarily focused on retail construction services. Today the company provides services within several other sectors as well. Our management team consists of building and financial professionals, operating from a LEED certified headquarters situated on a 16-acre campus. We have provided building services in 23 states, and we are registered or hold a license in 29 states. Single project customers are as important to the company as those with multiple project requirements in different geographic areas. Depending on the needs of the client, our services include Preconstruction Services, General Contracting, Design-Build, Construction Management (CM) and Civil Management.
