L.F. Jennings has been a leading figure in the Washington Metropolitan Area construction industry since 1952, initially as a masonry contractor. In 1965, L.F. Jennings expanded to offer General Contracting, Construction Management, and Preconstruction services for retail developments, complex urban renovations, office buildings, large scale mixed use master plan construction, multifamily buildings, corporate interiors, and specialty facilities. In 2008, the company opened a second location in Richmond, VA.

L.F. Jennings has a reputation for responsiveness, service, and quality. As a provider of beginning to end internal construction coordination, our staff are given the chance to use creativity and innovation in our approach to solving construction challenges at all stages of project development.

We take as much pride in our 98% client retention rate as we do our employee retention rate. 100% of our Senior Project Managers, Senior Estimators and Senior Field Supervisors have been promoted from within, most having started with L.F. Jennings as interns and recent graduates.
