In the case of any upcoming events that are held in-person, we are increasing our already strict sanitation, safety, and communication measures in line with guidelines from the CDC and local governing agencies in areas where events take place, including:

• Consistently cleaning high touch areas throughout event spaces using a hospital grade EPA approved disinfectant
• Having our management team in place throughout the duration of all events to ensure safety measures are being carried out
• Screening all employees prior to their attendance at events
• Requiring all attendees, speakers, and facility staff to follow all mask and social distancing guidelines
• Posting instructional signage throughout event facilities highlighting safety and social distancing requirements
